Meet the leadership of ENCO Pharmaceutical Development, Inc.
We are lead by an Executive Management Team with exceptional credentials.
Mr. Richard Camp (President)
Mr. Camp is Co-founder of ENCO Pharmaceutical Development, Inc. and brings considerable business expertise to the company. He
has successfully owned and operated analytical laboratories and is currently a member of the Ownership team of ENCO Laboratories,
an environmental laboratory with facilities in Orlando and Jacksonville, FL and Cary, NC. Mr. Camp has over 16 years of experience
in laboratory management, over 20 years of experience in analytical chemistry and has spent the last 6 years presiding over ENCO's
cGMP pharmaceutical facilities.
Mark Inman, Ph.D. (Vice-President)
Dr. Inman is Co-founder of ENCO Pharmaceutical Development, Inc. He has over 20 years of analytical chemistry experience including
15 years as Chief Technical Officer for ENCO Laboratories. He is also a member of the Ownership team of ENCO Laboratories. Dr. Inman
heads up the Quality Assurance program for ENCO Pharmaceutical Development, Inc. He has over 10 years of experience managing Quality
Assurance programs in a variety of settings, and has spent the last 6 years with ENCO's cGMP pharmaceutical facilities.
Mr. Keith Hurley (Vice-President of Sales & Marketing)
Mr. Hurley has 25 years experience in the field of science, including 18 years in the pharmaceutical industry. He has held numerous
positions including Vice-President roles in laboratory and business operations. He has extensive experience in technical operations and
sales and marketing. He has also served as a licensing executive in the medical device industry where he was responsible for negotiating
terms with partnering companies for the use of proprietary technology. Prior to joining ENCO, Mr. Hurley founded Aspire Pharmaceutical
Consulting, Inc., a successful consulting firm where he serves as President. He also has held key positions at Cardinal Health (a Fortune
20 company), where he was Global Head of Marketing for the Inhalation Division and at other contract organizations where he has held a
variety of positions. Mr. Hurley has also worked at Novartis, Proctor and Gamble and Aradigm. Mr. Hurley has been actively involved in
supporting the industry by presenting, chairing and leading discussion forums at numerous pharmaceutical conferences worldwide. He is also
a member of AAPS.
