ENCO Pharmaceutical Development, Inc. is a wholly owned corporation of ENCO Laboratories,
a successful company serving the environmental industry since 1988.
In 2004, ENCO Analytix, Inc. was formed to provide analytical CM&C services to the pharmaceutical,
medical device and biopharmaceutical industries. In May of 2009 the company changed its name to ENCO
Pharmaceutical Development, Inc. to better reflect its focus on the pharmaceutical industry. Along the
way, the pharmaceutical group began to establish strong relationships with its customers.

In 2008, the company embarked on an ambitious strategy of growth, moving away from the regional lab
concept and began building a national brand awareness as it grows its operations to include all of
North America. The company is currently expanding its service offerings at its Jacksonville, Florida
headquarters and will soon be opening its second facility in Cary, NC. To learn more about each facility

With four operational centers and 100+ employees, ENCO currently provides analytical services to over 600
different industrial, consulting and government customers throughout the Southeast and beyond.
